Recruitment process

AmorePacific is looking for new members with whom it can pioneer new paths.

  1. 01Document application
    Applying via the recruitment page on the AmorePacific Web site
  2. 02document screening
    In-depth evaluation of the applicant’s qualifications and statement of purpose.
  3. 03personality and aptitude test
    Test of whether the applicant possesses qualities and aptitudes required of the job he/she applies for.

    - New employees: personality and aptitude test

    - experienced employees: personality test

    *The job announcement will indicate which test type is required for the given job/duty.
  4. 04 first
    interview
    Capability interview
     

    - verification of problem-solving ability (including competency in making presentations, debating, etc.)

    - structuralized interview based on the statement of purpose.

  5. 05 second interview
    Interview by executives
     

    - verification of the applicant’s compatibility with the AP values/culture, test of the applicant’s personality.

  6. 06final announcement
    A physical checkup will be required before the applicant is finally allowed to work.
