AmorePacific exerts its utmost efforts to ensure the health of all employees by providing a far-ranging biannual medical checkup for every employee and his/her family member at age 40 or above.

    AmorePacific supports the healthful and comfortable relaxation of employees on vacation by providing them with exclusive access to the company-run or company-affiliated vacation spots and resorts.

    Think you have worked hard enough? Then take seven extra days off a year and refresh yourself. You earn each day of this extra vacation by working two full months, and another additional day after working a full year. Feel free to use all the seven days at once.

  • Happy Vacation

    "Avoid the hassles of busy vacation seasons and plan your vacation whenever you want." In the past, employees in Korea were allowed to take vacations during summers only. At AmorePacific today, you can take up to five days off at any time during the year in the place of your run-of-the-mill summer vacation.
