AmorePacific bought off the French luxury perfume house, Annick Goutal, in 2011. Although the inevitable processes of rearranging the channels of distribution and corporate restructuring have brought down the perfumery’s growth rate and profit margins for the time being, we expect that the restructuring will enhance the efficiency, the profit structure, and the product portfolio of Annick Goutal in the long run.
